HID Head light installation instructions
 

For those that have installed them, can you post a do it yourself? With pictures?
I bought my set but am having trouble installing them. The positive and negative wires going through the dust boot are killing me.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The ones I've installed over a year ago, were very easy.

Basically the ballast connects inline to your existing headlight harness. From the balast into the proper H11 HID bulb. The kit I got already had GM type connectors, so it was plug and play.

You need to secure the ballast units in the car with the provided holders. One went on the side wall (left side) and the other under the tray that is under the air intake.

Seems to be working so far. Nothing else was needed.

Make sure to buy a high quality kit as some of the cheaper ones go bad after a short while.

You also need to aim your headlights down a bit as the light is much stronger and the reflector is not made for this kind of light.
