Default Installing Air Lift System Questions

Hey all ... I will be installing a set of rear air lifts soon on my 2000 Burb 1500 2WD. These are the inflatable bags that go inside the coils (to be exact, the Air Lift 1000). What is involved in accessing the coils; is it as simple as unbolting the leaf spring and shock on one side and jacking the truck at the frame? I have coil compressors but it looks like I could do it the way I just mentioned. Anyone whose ever done this, your input is most welcome ... Thanks!
