Califokie is correct. That is the drain I cleared. I searched google to find a video showing where the drain line is.

Cleared drain as prescribed. Water did not come flowing out. Used 14" zip tie (zip tie was wet), vacuum-nothing from vac and then air compressor.

My 93 did this and it was a failed body seam just in front of the passenger door. Had to pull the front 1/4 panel off to repair. Took me months to figure out where the leak was
