Default Leaking fuel pump connections after NEW FUEL PUMP

RESOLVED
Loose fitting on fuel line

Thanks in advance for your pointers.
First the situation:
- -I installed new OEM fuel pump about 10,000 miles ago. All has been well.
- With most recent tank fill, suddenly there is a big dripping leak from top of tank when engine is running.
- Before I drop the tank again (which happens to be full right now grrrr) I have a couple of questions.
- I assume I need to drop the tank again, at least partially. If you think I don't need to, let me know. (Also, I don't mind dropping the tank so will not be cutting a hole in the floor of the back seat.)
Cause and repair:
- Would this likely be hose connections to the fuel pump?
- Can new ends be fit to the fuel lines? Experience and recommendations about properly repairing the lines is much appreciated.
- I will inspect the fuel pump gasket to top of tank, even though nothing has leaked in 10k miles and it is all brand new.

Thanks,
