Default leaning tire on 96 suburban

I recently noticed one of my tires was leaning in I had a friend check it out he said it was the rack and pinion I looked up the part but couldn't find a rack and pinion for that year and model does a 96 suburban even use a rack and pinion or is it a different part?

pics would help
which condition do u have? when viewed from the front of the vehicle:

cambered in would be top of the tire in further than the bottom

toe in would be the front of the tire in and the back of the tire out

probably does not have a rack and pinion but rather a parallelogram steering set up...2 outer tie rods, 2 inner tie rods, a center link, pitman arm, idler arm and steering box

a cambered in angle is not steering related, toe in angle is.
