Default Led conversion help

So I got all my leds in my instrument cluster, headlight switch, rear wiper switch, and main heater controls with no issues but when it came to the overhead heater controls for the back I'm at a loss I've tried every configuration I know to try the best I've been able to do was I got the two outside to light with two different style leds but can't get the two in the middle to light if I put all one style in they only glow very faintly is it the resistors are wrong size maybe? But they worked for everything else I also noticed in this board that I'm working on has some resistors built in also tried taking resistors off leds with no luck I know it can be done I see it all the time if anyone has done this before or ran into these problems any input is helpful thanks
