Lifting an AWD hightop conversion van

I want to take an AWD High top Conversion Van and turn it into a 4x4 looking off road van with 30+ tires, a roof rack, ladder, custom bumpers, etc. and use it to also tow a snowmobile trailer.
Will there be any issues lifting an AWD conversion van? Thoughts. Thanks
