Default Low oil pressure

My 94 suburban just got head gaskets, ect sensor and thermostat done. Before we did the thermostat it over heated after about 10 miles at 55mph...started pissing coolant and my oil pressure dropped at a stoplight. Recently (after not having any issues for over a week) I made a 24 mile trip out to the Diamondback Saloon. I got off the expressway going home and it dropped again. I went 60-65 the whole way. Running around 150-170 degrees. A couple miles later it was fine. He runs just above the red at an idle when warm (its been like that since we got it) Any ideas? I know I need an new throttle position sensor. It's in the mail. Dad took out the bad gasket and that hasn't given me any trouble. But we are going to do it anyways.

Running around 150-170 degrees. SOUNDS VERY LOW
A couple miles later it was fine. WHAT WAS FINE?
He runs just above the red at an idle when warm (its been like that since we got it) NOT SURE WHERE THE RED IS PICS?
Any ideas? NOT YET
I know I need an new throttle position sensor. HOW DO YOU KNOW?
It's in the mail. THE TPS?
Dad took out the bad gasket and that hasn't given me any trouble. But we are going to do it anyways. WHAT GASKET ARE YOU REFERING TO? <!-- / message -->
