Low Speed Grinding in Transfer Case

Low Speed Grinding in Transfer Case
I have a low speed grinding noise coming from the transfer case, it goes away at about 15 MPH. I checked the front wheel bearings (no noise and tight), I checked the brakes(no noise there either). I worked the actuator switch on the dash and it seemed to work properly? any ideas?
Thanks,
