Default Low Speed Grinding in Transfer Case

I have a low speed grinding noise coming from the transfer case, it goes away at about 15 MPH. I checked the front wheel bearings (no noise and tight), I checked the brakes(no noise there either). I worked the actuator switch on the dash and it seemed to work properly? any ideas?

Thanks,
Stiffrm316

Stiffrm316,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Have you been into contact with your dealership about this issue?

Thank you,

What model is it, and manual or automatic tranny? I had an issue with an 82 truck that the transfer case seal leaked fluid from it into the transmission.
