Default Mud flap installation?

I just bought mud flaps from GMpartsdirect.com. Are they going to be very hard to install? Is there very much drilling involved? BTW, I have the stationary running boards, not the power ones, as you can see from my sig pic. Thanks for your help!

If they are the molded GM flaps, then they are very easy to install. They use the existing holes that the wheelhouse liner uses. While the instructions call for drilling one hole in the flange, I didn't and there was no problem. There was a hole req'd on the 2010 version at the backside of the flap into the plastic bumper wrap-around which I did put in. Not sure when they made the change. Takes about five minutes per flap.
