Default New member- Looking to Purchase 2010 Tahoe

Hello all,
New around here but have been trying to research Tahoes.

I know many friends with one and they all love them and i know them to be generally reliable. Currently drive a BMW convertible and want an SUV..... So is it madness to purchase a 120k mile LT for $16k? In the BMW world 120k miles is almost end of life- I suppose you can keep anything going but that's another story.

What sort of maintenance/repairs can I expect? Can I expect 200k+ miles? Most of the parts and rwpairs seem to be 50-500% cheaper than bmw parts/labor and I can do minor maintenance/repairs myself. I love the way they look and how comfy they are but I suppose I am concerned about the number of miles these trucks have in this price range.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
