Default Parking Brake Actuator

2004 Chevy Suburban LS 1500 4x4. VIN 4J141184.

So the passenger side parking brake actuator is not expanding the shoes. Pressing the pedal and pulling the cable by hand has no effect.

I have looked as best I could for the part. The local parts stores tell me this is a GM/Chevy only part. Nothing comes up on the internet except for a 1AAuto video but I can't find their kit on their site.

I called my local dealer for the part # but all they will give me is a quote number. That basically means, "you'll buy from us or you won't buy it at all". I think this really sucks. I know there are OEM retailers on the internet that don't charge as much as the local guys do.

Can someone help me figure out what the part # for driver and passenger side parking brake actuators?
