This is a way old problem but I've looked and searched and can't find much.
My '02 Sbrn. started having Praking or if you prefer Emergency brake shoe noise after about 40 K miles.
Now have '05 doing the same with same milage. Haven't found a Recall or TSB. I know SOP is to replace shoe assembly. I guess GM fixed the problem by going back to drums for the rear in '07..?
I'm looking for information regarding TSBs or Recalls I may have missed and what others are doing to address this problem.
