Please help SHOCK me
 

Did a search of the forum here but could not find much around Shock comparison.

So my question to you all is: Arnott vs KYB vs Gabriel (vs someone else???)

For the folks who have changed their own shocks - what has your experience been with the above manufacturers. (Price, performance, reliability, not messing up Chevy 'Fault Alert System', etc.)

I need to replace both front and back and will do it myself. (FYI, I'm a Suburban DIY Rookie. But I did change my Suburban Rotors and Brake Pads)

For the fronts I'd like the Full/Ready mount setup (Coil, shocks, etc all baked into one product ready to install.)

I have a 2007 LTZ Suburban 1500 2WD @ 100k miles.

I looked into the Monroe quick struts, I think they are the only ones making a PnP front strut but I opted to go with the OEM struts and shocks for my 07...
For the rear shocks I would also recommend the OEM, they have lasted you this long.. but that is my 2 cents .... if you have the spring compressors its not hard work but it does take a little longer....

Arnott (forum sponsor) makes a standard shock replacement for the Autoride rear shocks that's less expensive.

Thank you in2pro & 73shark for the feedback/insight. Still researching and appreciate any and all feedback.

Only issue I have/see is that I don't have a spring compressor so for the front I am really looking for an 'all in one' type setup.
