Default Rear Defrost

So I was driving home from family Christmas #1 tonight and saw one of the wires going to the rear defrost grid was hanging there. Is there a way to re-attach the wire to the windshield?

Welcome to the forum. You need to remove the link from your signature per forum rules.

Short of replacing the rear glass, I'd try using the grid line repair kit which basically consists of a conductive epoxy. If that work, then stretch the wire coils such that they are a little slack when the glass is closed.
