Default Removing headrests?

Does anyone know how to remove the headsets from the second row bench seats? I would like to take them out for day to day and put them back when I have people in the back...the really restrict my view out of the rear side windows when driving..thanks!

Default RE: Removing headrests?

pull up the headrest. when looking at the headrest insert a unfolded paperclip or some type or tool into the right hand side hole in the plastic ring. the hole is facing inside towards the other ring. While pushing the clip in, push the left side release and pull up on the headrest and volia its out.
