Question Seat Motor 2009 Suburban

Hello and thanks for any information you provide.

I have a 2009 Suburban LTZ with power seats and all the bells and whistles that come with it. I noticed the other day that the back of the seat will not go or down but instead it makes a grinding noise. The front goes up and down, the incline and recline works, the seat goes back and forward, lumbar, heat, cooling all works. Just the up and down for the back seems to be not working. Is this a motor problem obviously the motor is making noise so it is getting power. Is this a easy fix, can a new motor be replaced or does the entire track need replaced???

I have tried to look up part numbers and all I end up finding is the complete track system with motors and wiring harnesses. I have not tore into the seat yet just doing some research first.
Thank you for any help, Short.
