Default Serpentine belt came off.

Looking for a little help with my 1999 GMC Yukon 5.7L. I was driving last night and a rather loud screeching started right before it came off. I removed the old belt and seemed undamaged, but figured it may have just stretched out. So I purchased a new belt and installed it. As soon as I started it back up the screeching was there, this time I was able to figure out it was coming from the radiator fan. It seemed to be the whole fan was off center and favoring the driver side. Any idea what it might be or where I should start before I just tear into it?

Could be the water pump going bad. With the belt off, can you wiggle the fan/water pump shaft? Or does is not turn freely.

I removed the belt and there's lots of wiggle. Its not the fan itself, but somewhere between the fan and what I'm assuming is the water pump.
