Slow oil leak?

I just bought me a 98 Suburban a week ago, runs and drives great, but now it looks like I have a little problem... I need to get the oil changed (she's used so I wanna do that regardless) but it just started leaking some oil up front. The leak only appears to be happening when I run it but my oil level's good on the dipstick and the oil pressure (according to the gage) is fine while it's running too.
I got a buddy who's gonna check it out for me too, but my mechanical inclination is about a -12 on a 10 scale, so any suggestions are welcome.

You need to get it up on a Rack, and see if you can trace the source.
Possibly it may have washed excessively over things, and you might need to give the Engine a good Hi-Pressure Wash to start over, then get it up on a rack while it's running.
