2005 Suburban, 1500 5.3. New charcoal canister (pellets had spilled), new vapor filter and solenoid but was not necessary, hose to the purge up front cleared (stopped up bad) and cleaned out the purge valve and checked it (works now). Still no luck filling up with gas more than a little at a time. Do I have to drop the tank and clean/replace something else? I blew compressed air up into the canister-to-tank hose and nothing came out. It's big enough not to clog with those tiny pellets
(not like hose to front to purge that was clogged with pellets so bad it took 120 lbs pressure alternating many times front to back with small amounts coming out with each change of direction of blowing). 225K miles on it, don't drive it much, but it's in good condition and is exactly what I need when I need it.

the line from the tank to the cannister out the vent valve..out to the vent filter is the path air must vent out when refueling.
take the tank vent line off at the canister and try a filling event...if no change; the problem may be in the line from the tank to the cannister or the tank itself

Thanks. Looks like maybe I'll have to drop the tank. Only thing I haven't done is take hose off at top of tank or checked what is between that and tank insides. It'll be a while before I can
