Default Sub. Radiator part number location

Does anyone know where the part number may be located on my radiator? it is a 2000 Surban 2500 4x4 with a 6.0 auto. There are 2 different radiators it can take. One with a 1.5" deep core and one with a 1" deep core. Just curious if anyone knows.

I'm guessing since you have the 3/4 ton model, it'll take the 1.5" core.
