Default Suburban z71 fuel issue

Hi all,
I have a 02' suburban Z71 which has a fuel smell in the cabin. It seems to be coming from the back of the cabin. I have removed the fuel tank to see if the seal around the sender unit is in good condition and that there is no leaks coming from any of the hoses, and there's nothing there i can fault. I even tried changing the filler cap, still no difference. It is doing my head in!! Has anyone out there in the Chevy community come across this problem before? I could really use your help.

Thanks
