Default Tahoe, No Brake lights

My daughters 2002 Tahoe has no brake lights. Bulbs are good, checked the fuse under the hood=good, also checked the fuse under the back seat labeled brake, it was good also. Now the ABS light and hand brake dash warning lights are on. My guess is pulling the fuse under the back seat tripped a code. So how do I reset the dash warning lights? By the way, still no brake lights...turn, direction, and running lights are good. Also the brake light over the back window is working. thanks
