Default Throttle Body Problem or Tranny

Code is being shown for TB / TPS (Can't remember what the exact code was). It comes and goes, so I figure can I just replace the whole thing (Throttle body, gasket and TPS)?

I don't know if this has something to do with the code being shown, but I notice delayed reaction to acceleration. For example, something I'm doing 30-40mph, and just punch it (to cut through traffic sometimes) and the cars reaction is just delayed. I know I have to change tranny fluid soon... but does that issue have to do with the TB/TPS by any chance?

Car has 121k miles.

Also, I'm looking to change the spark plugs too. Bought the car with 110k miles, and don't know if they even need to be changed but I'd rather just do it. I keep all parts AC DELCO. What torque do they need to be tightened to?

Thanks in advance!!

do you have the code? Yes if you are having tps problems it can effect shifting so I would start with that and spark plug torque is 11lb ft.

The light comes and goes, if I remember correctly I wanna say it was P0121 or 22. Can't be too sure.
