Default tpms and door lock/key fob issues

recently had some water infiltration into the rear D pillar of my 2012 tahoe Z71. there was water damage to the receiver module / antenna that controls the key fobs and tpms monitoring system. after replacing the module the "service tire monitor system" light went away. the dash readout still will not show the current tire pressure but i figure ill have to reprogram those and havent got around to it yet. i got two new key fobs and the two old ones that were still functioning, cleared all codes prior to programming the new fobs and even though the programmer shows all 4 fobs are accepted and programmed... they will not work. the "chime" referred to in the instructions doesnt happen and NO codes come up after reprogramming. im not able to find a accurate wiring diagram so i can trace the circuit upline and for sure not taking it to the dealer.
ive checked every fuse under the hood and dash, all the door lock function from the door controls.

any help would be appreciated
