Default Trouble starting 08 Suburban....

It always starts right away but now is cranking longer than normal before engine starts and I have to turn it more to get it to start.

Ruled out battery and starter. Went to look for fuel pump and noticed no fuse or relay?? Schematic must be wrong. Anyone else ever have this problem? Trying fuel treatment. Ay other suggestions?

the system is controlled by a fuel pump module. There will not be a fuse or relay.

cycle the key multiple times (key on, pause 2 seconds to let the fuel pump run, key off...repeat) to prime the fuel system before you attempt to start the engine.

if it starts fine, the fuel pump check valve is faulty; the fuel supply line is bleeding back to the tank.

This sounds like the fuel system. I would test the fuel pressure. See if it takes a long time to come up. You can also put a small amount of fuel in the throttle and see if that makes it fire. Check with it firing for a few moments with fuel in the intake. If the pressure does not come up fast, then replace the fuel pump. If you do need to replace your fuel pump this site looks like it has cheap prices, free shipping and great reviews Fuel Pump Replacement, OEM Fuel Pump - Buy Auto Parts

Your check valve in the fuel pump is bad. You can either replace the fuel pump or add an inline check valve in the fuel line near the fuel tank. If you buy a new pump, only get an AC Delco or Delphi pump. Don't mess with the cheap ones as they don't last and it is too much labor to replace every year.
