Default Turn signal issues

Hello, I have a question I have a 07' Chevy suburban. and I have turn signal issues. I turn on the turn signal on the right side and it works fine, But when I use the left side it goes on and stays on with no blinking. The clicking noise is really fast only on the left side, somewhere under the dash.
So I replaced the turn signal switch, and that did not change anything, I also replaced all the fuses that were related to the turn signals.
I have run out of ideas. Please help me if you can.
oh, yeah all the light bulbs were changed also on that side to front and back.
I am fresh out of ideas.
Thank you.

Welcome from Florida. Did you check the sockets for the bulb to make sure they are making good contact with the bulb?
