Default Upgrade VCIM in 2005 Suburban for Bluetooth

Just bought a 2005 suburban and have been doing alot of research on whether I can change out VCIM to newer model to get bluetooth in car. I know the 2005 is digital unit, but it doesn't have bluetooth. Anyone done this coversion and been successful? I do have the steering wheel buttons and on star mirror too. Have 6 disc factory stereo and Bose speakers.

Would like to do a factory VCIM swap but if that is not possible might go with Galaxy 1000 unit.

Thoughts? part numbers?
