Default What format must the video files have on the USB memory / stick in order to play?

Hi,
I have a Chevrolet suburban 2019.
I can't find information about what format the video files should have in order to be played via a USB memory / stick in my car. I have tried mp4 and avi but when i put in the usb memory in the middle back it says that the files are wrong format.
The memory has FAT32.
USB memory has the brand Samsung and is at 32 GB it has USB C and A.
Very grateful for help!

Welcome to the forum.

I believe my 2010 owners manual specified which formats. But I no longer have it so I don't know for sure.

This video solve your problem with video play back on USB.

Link to video:

Video must be MP4>720w x 300h>25framerate>1500Kbps bitrate Format: Fat32

Videos not play perfectly on both front and back video players.

It's interesting 🤔 Thanks! I'm not a professional in such matters, but nevertheless, sometimes I have to deal with video editing. And in this regard, I am used to using the services of professionals. You can click here and read more detailed information in the article. Perhaps you can find what you are looking for. If this does not help, then seek help from qualified specialists.
