Default Window clicking, not working

I replaced the rear passenger side door on my Tahoe and the power locks work but the window just clicks when I try to roll it down/up. The clicking is coming from the connector/adapter underneath the door lock switch. I tried changing out the connector with the old one and it does the same thing. Any ideas? Is the motor bad?

What year?
Was the window working before you installed the door?
The GMT800s (2000-2006) are known to have bad window regulators. I've replaced three of the four in my 01 Burb.

After a closer look I found that the 2 wires from the motor were purposely cut. After splicing them together everything works great.
