Question Wireless headphones not working

Hello All,
Wireless headphones in my suburban (2017 LT ) seems to be not working. I can hear the sound from the speakers but when I tried to use the headphone, I don't hear anything. I tried replacing the battery, selecting channel and sitting in the rear seats but no luck yet. Any pointers would be great help.

My '11 needs to have the rear setting turned on for rear unit to work. My rear headphones are infra red units not RF and will only work when sitting in the rear seats where they can ''see'' the back of the overhead console.
