Default Z71 brake pads and rotors

105k miles on 4WD Z71....decent amount of driving in mountainous with 5+ persons.

Tech mentioned rear pads were getting low (original to vehicle) so looking at changing out.

thinking about Power Stop Z36 pads, rotors, and calipers (KC2070-36).

are the OEM brakes on the Z71 upgraded already and fine to go with? Or, are the PowerStop a worthy upgrade?
