Question 1991 Suburban 4X4 (Hesitates @ idel)

I need help, recently replaced the fuel injection system, cap rotter, plugs, fuel pump and I cheked the compression also and I'm at 153 to 160, it shakes a little under a load it hesitates at signal lights. I'm running out of options, don't know what else could it be. HELP!!!

Don`t forget about the EGR. I had an issue with my 1993 with a 7.4. The EGR was getting to much signal and opening to much at the touch of the throttle. Plus the gasket was leaking between the layers.
