1994 Suburban: Overhead Console Map Light Bulb Removal
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone!
Got a 1994 Suburban and both map light bulbs are out in the front overhead console. For the life of me I can't figure how to get the bulbs out. I've been monkeying with this for the past 3 days and still no luck. The only things I've been able to do is get the clear plastic lens out and pop the whole map chassis out from it's mount. The reflector doesn't seem to rotate, push in, etc...and there's not enough room for even my little Great Niece's fingers to reach in to get the bulb(s) out. Are these things sold as one whole unit or can the bulbs come out and more importantly...how? Thank you.
