Default 2013 Chevrolet Suburban

Okay, I know this is a really stupid question and I am sure there is an easy fix but I cannot figure it out. I programmed all 6 favorite lists but when I click the next button, it does not go to my next favorite. It goes to the next station (XM). What am I supposed to do? I have never had another radio do this. I have navigation and third row DVD if this helps.

Thanks.

Default One more thing...

It works fine on the steering wheel, just not the screen button.

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure but I think that's the way it's supposed to work. Did you check the manual for it?

mlsmpaqdk,

I have checked the manual. The next button the steering wheel (p. 5-3 of the manual) will go back and forth between favorite radio stations. Have you been using the rewind/forward buttons to try to go between favorite radio stations (this will work per the manual), or the seek buttons (this will not go between favorites, but through the radio stations in general)?

Thanks. I have been using the seek button. Not sure about the rewind/forward button. I have not tried it but I will.

Try the manual also. These rigs are complicated.
