Default 5.3 lc9 2013 suburban vlom low oil pressure

Have low oil pressure that is 10 psi at idle and 20 giving throttle, checked with manual gage. Already changed oil pressure sensor and filter. Fresh oil change and filter. Got 190k miles.Motor isn't knocking or making noise like its starving for oil. Figure its either cam bearing, vlom or oil pump. Think the easiest thing I could do is just change vlom and intake gaskets and might get lucky. But before I waste anymore time is there any easy way I can narrow down my problem?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. How long has the oil pressure been this low? I had a similar concern about a oil pressure on my 2010 when it was new and I pointed out to the service manager and he told me that the oil pressure at idle on these engines was normally low.

What was it? I've replaced the Oil Pickup Tube, Oil Pump, Oil Pan and Oil Pressure Sensor. Wondering if it was the VLOM. That is what I am starting to suspect and I am curious. My 4.8 Ltr. is non AFM but the way. 180k miles.
