Default Sharp Edge Inside Door Handles

If your inside door handles have a sharp edge on the top or bottom along the mold parting line where the vendor didn't de-flash, you can probably get them replaced. I just told my service guy that people had almost cut themselves and they said no problem and replaced under warranty.

The new ones were nice and smooth.

Default Door Handles Smoothness

2003 trailblazer ext handles slip out of everyone's hands. they are TOO smooth. it actually hurts your wrist/forearm when pulling 20lbs and it suddenly slips/releases quickly.

i added grip tape underneath the outside door handles which makes opening the door easy and slip proof.
