Default Need help. Strange noise from engine.

Hey folks, new here. I've had my 2000 Tracker 2.0L for about 2 years now. I have been having an issue with this noise coming from the driver's side of the engine, and can't figure out what it would be. At first I thought it was a loose pulley but after further inspection, the pulleys seem fine. It doesn't really affect performance at all, but the noise concerns me. I've posted a video of the noise below. Thanks for your help!

You need to change the security settings on the video

Best I can tell, sounds like something external is loose.
