Default Tracker drive train

I had a 1998 Chev Tracker with a 2" Calmini lift kit that was unbreakeable till it caught fire & burnt. I'm looking for another Tracker. Do the 1999 and newer Trackers have the same drive train as the 1998 models? Are the 1998 and newer models built as well as the 1998? Were there any major changes from 1999 to 2004? Where can I find specifications on different Tracker models? Lots of Questions, but any answers will be appreciated.
