how much radiator fluid do i need to fill a completly empty radiator and how much fluid do i need to fill a completly empty trans

The fluid capacities are in the owners manual available at Chevrolet Owner Manuals - Factory Warranty, features and options, and maintenance explained. As far as your other query on the alternator, there should be a part number stamped on it that you can cross-reference on the web.
