2003 trailblazer 5.3L V-8 spark plug removel
Hello,
I'm wanting to check the condition of my plugs in my trailblazer but can't seam to get the wires off the plugs. Either I'm not pulling hard enough or there is a special way to get them off? I don't want to break them cause I don't have the money right now to replace them just want to look at them and check the gap. Any help is greatly appreciated

You will need to break the boot seal, there is a tool for removing/loosening the boot... You can find them for about $5 at Harbor Freight.... you may even be able to bend the cut end of a coat hanger wire into a hook shape to get the boot loose from the plug shaft...
be sure to apply a lite dab of di-electric grease to the inside of the boot upon re-installation...
