When i turn the rear wiper on, it will go about halfway, then stop. You have to turn it off, then on again for it to return down. Where do I start to diagnose this? The switch? The motor? Anyone else had this problem?

 

Shaft in wiper motor needs to be cleaned, they get dirt and grim in shaft housing and tend to get stuck.
