bumper COVER to remove
One connection point still to go on a damaged 2007 Chevy Trailblazer LT front bumper cover.
The connect point in question is the bumper end, right in front of the wheel. Note, only the cover needs removal.
I see a plastic module behind the bumper, into which there are 4 clips, or tabs coming off the bumper going into the module. This module appears to be connected to the metal bumper.
I've got the car front raised up 4 inches but don't see how, from top or bottom, to access the module area. [I have only this one area on the ends of the bumper to detach because the other end was removed by the car I hit].
How do I finish removing this bumper? I think I read elsewhere you can use a flat screwdriver to work around the outside of the bumper to slowly dislodge it from the module but I'm wary of trying this. It may break the tabs.
