Fuse 13 blows and P1682
08 TB had engine light on. Hooked up scan tool no bueno. Blown fuse 13. Changed fuse and worked long enough to pull the code P1682 then blew the fuse again. Tried to replace fuse again and immediately blew the fuse. Any ideas?
