I recently lifted my gate after some rain and had a solid flow of water coming out of a very small hole (3-4mm?) from the inside. It's happened a couple times since as well. It's an '02 that I've had in oregon for several years always parked outside and never had this happen before.

Is it a simple weather stripping issue?
