2019 Traverse HID Bulb recommendation / tips?
Good afternoon,
I have to replace the headlights on my wifes 2019 Traverse. The driver side light has been flickering from a pink to white color lately. I was wondering if anyone could recommend "ok" bulbs at a decent price. My local supply shops only have sets that are +$150. Torch beam has a set that are $65, has anyone had experience with these? I see other brands online that are much cheaper. I know you get what you pay for. I'm just concerned about using a cheap aftermarket part that may cause future damage to the Electrical system. I'm ok with the factory brightness. ( I do not want to blind others drivers)
Also, I was wondering if someone could give me a tip on how to get the far right, top driver side screw required to remove the cap that gives access to the bulb and ballast. ( you will know exactly what I am talking about if you have replaced these bulbs before. )
Edit: I have watched a handful of videos but none of them actually show how that screw is removed. A few just say it's a major pain in the rear end. There has to be a better way...I hope. My hands are way to big and fat to try to unscrew that with a small bit.
