We recently leased a 2018 Traverse and have the DVD headrests. It was very important to us that we be able to use the car speakers for the sound, which we are able to do via bluetooth. however, we're having so many problems getting the DVD to connect. And once we've got it connected, if we switch to another device such as our phone for a call, we can't get anything to reconnect. Has anyone encountered this? Thanks!
