i found on mine that the dash was dim and the dimmer switch was not . thought i had bad light switch wrong i found only thing wrong was that the vechicle was in parade mode not letting use of dimmer switch .
to fix to get out of parade mode turn car to on position turn on flashers and press brake pedal 5 times returns use of dimmer switch and it works again and light go back to dimming per day and night mode
