Default Non-stop torque converter problems

We have a 2015 traverse with just over 100,000 miles on it (I have a long commute to work). Around 75,000 miles the transmission started feeling like it was acting up a bit, so the dealership flushed it. It has been a nightmare ever since. Every few hundred miles since then, the torque converter has failed. They replace it each time, only to have the new one fail just like the last. GM even put in an entirely new transmission after about the 4th torque converter, because nobody can figure out what's causing this. The new transmission didn't solve the problem, we have been through 2 or 3 more torque converters since then. Each time this happens, the car is in the shop for around 2 weeks. We are currently going on 4 weeks without it thanks to the GM strike. Anyone have any ideas what might be causing this? This is our first GM car, and at this point will certainly be our last.
