OnStar Billing
Purchase my Traverse on a Sunday afternoon. Agreed to talk to someone online on OnStar just before I left the lot. They wanted to run through the features and get me to sign up with a credit card. I told him I wasn't interested and didn't have time as I had an appointment in a half hour. He still ran through the spiel but I never gave him a credit card number. The service, whatever it was, must have been free for a few months because now, all of a sudden, they are billing my daughter for OnStar in my Traverse. Don't know how they got her info but it seems pretty seedy that they would go that extreme. Just one more reason not to by a Chevrolet.
